FAMILY
WELLNESS ADVANCED
INSTRUCTOR TRAINING
After
completion of the Instructor
Training course, certified instructors
may attend one of the advanced instructor
trainings in the specialized areas of Families
Affected by Domestic Violence and Abuse and
the Wellness Way for Stepfamilies.
These trainings have been designed to provide
instructors with the information and skills
necessary to meet the specific needs of these
families.
These
one and two day courses are designed for Family
Wellness Certified Instructors who are interested
in assisting these families. By attending any
of the advanced instructor trainings participants
will meet the instructor re-certification requirements.

Therapists, case workers, family support staff, clergy

Couples wanting to improve their relationship

Advanced
Training Fee chedule
Families
Affected by Domestic Violence and Abuse
This
20-hour program is presented over two and
one half consecutive days. Each day is a
8-hour training, the third day is 4 hours.
Special non-consecutive trainings are available
by special arrangement. Attendance includes
the Family Wellness Domestic Violence Handbook. An
addendum to the Family Wellness Instructor
Manual for use by instructors for development
of programs and presentations of the Survival
Skills course material for families that
are impacted by domestice violence and abuse.

The
Wellness Way for Stepfamilies
This
one day program is presented either as a
sepreate training or in conjunction with
a four day Instructor
Training course. Attendance includes
the Family Wellness Way for Stepfamilies
Handbook. An addendum to the Family
Wellness Instructor Manual for use by instructors
for development of programs and presentations
of the Survival Skills course material for
Stepfamilies.
