In
order to maintain quality assurance and on-going
updates for our instructors, we require a re-certification
process. Re-certification as a Family Wellness
Instructor requires any of the following by
the end of your second year of certification:
1.
Mail to Family Wellness Associates a video
tape of one of your complete sessions for
our review. You will receive written feedback,
suggestions, re-certification or suggested
actions for re-certification. Following
are the criteria used to measure re-certification:

Voice

Use
of role plays

Coaching
E.
Teamwork
(if working with a partner)
F.
Audience
involvement
G.
Content
2.
Attending an advanced training which
includes a one or two day training – usually
on Domestic Violence, Stepfamilies, Coaching
or one of the Institutes at the Smart
Marriages Conference.
3.
Attending another instructor training
a.
Free if taken within a year of certification
b. $350 if taken between one and two years.
c. $500 if taken after two years
